“Landscapes of Jujuy”

Beauty and light are intimately related. This photo series gives us an idea of such fact. I have I heard more than once that the “Quebrada de Humahuaca” (ravine) and the high plateau landscapes of this north-western province, Jujuy my birthplace, are plenty of magic.

The breath-taking beauty of these places is permanently transformed by sunlight changes. Therefore, not only the natural shadows of their geography but also their unique colours, vary with the passing of hours, days and seasons.

In this way, the same landscape is turned into many and there is always another one to discover, no matter how many times one has gone past the exact place. This explains the sensation of more discoveries and is precisely the magic of the landscapes.
